Snowy River offers a growing range of natural cocktail flavor options from our fruity favorites (lemon, orange, watermelon) to our party favorites such as rum raisin, peanut butter and salted caramel. For mocktails we feature alcohol based flavor profiles without any added alcohol content including vodka, bourbon, gin, tequila, dark coffee (Kahlua) and amaretto. Snowy River cocktail flavors are formulated to be concentrated so a little goes a long way. Equally we suspend all our flavors in propylene glycol rather than alcohol to ensure reduced evaporation and heat stability over time. To use, simply add a few drops of Snowy River cocktail flavor to any cocktail or mocktail to add taste and fragrance. We recommend you start with a 2-3 drops, stir in fully, and then increase the number of drops to obtain the desired taste experience. Our flavors are full bodied, water-soluble and typically need only small amounts to impart the flavor without overpowering the underlying cocktail. To finish, we recommend you add a smidgen of Snowy River cocktail glitter for added sparkle and color - just spectacular results. Note: Snowy River cocktail flavors are not intended for chocolate flavoring.
