Returns/ Credit Policy

Ultimate Baker will accept return of products sold within 30 days of order date. To request a return please follow the procedure below. Once received, a credit will be issued to your account. Please note that shipping costs to return items are at your own expense.  Under US Food Tampering laws, we cannot accept the return of opened or used items.

  1. To request a return please call or email us a note with the following information.
    1. Your name
    2. Your phone number
    3. Your email address
    4. Your order number *Very Important
    5. The reason you are returning the items
  2. Repack the goods as tightly as possible
  3. Send the package to:

All returns subject to 10% restocking fee unless Ultimate Baker is at fault.
Please note, the credit is for the product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If an item is out of stock we will issue you a Store Credit on your account for your next order.

 

Please DO NOT send any returns via C.O.D.
We will not accept any C.O.D and will not be able to process your return or refund your money.
 Please Note: We cannot Accept RETURNS on Open or Used Items



Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
